Pre-Sales Engineer / Technical Consultant (EUROPE)

We are looking for motivated candidates to join our System Engineering Team and be part of an exciting startup.

Location: Mendrisio, Switzerland

Key responsibilities of the Systems Engineer (SE)
  • Support partners and customers during pre-sales, sales and post-sales activities.
  • Work closely with our Sales team, qualify sales opportunities from a technical perspective, present solutions, gather customer requirements and design the architecture to include in quotations.
  • Act as a technical focal point in managing communications with partners, to deliver the right messages and to receive the feedback from the field.
  • Follow up with customers for resolution of issues or new feature requests, interacting internally with the Research and Development Team as needed.
“Must haves” of the SE
  • 7+ years of experience working in customer-facing roles as a Security Consultant, System Integrator or System Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of information security principles
  • Good understanding of complex networks, protocols and networking technologies
  • Good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Good problem finding and solving skills
  • Dedicated to achieving goals
  • Strong work ethic
  • Good written and spoken English proficiency
  • Availability and willingness to travel
“Nice to haves” of the SE
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in computer systems or telecommunications
  • Experience in the field of ICS (Industrial Control Systems) security projects
  • Security certifications (i.e. CISSP, CISA, CISM, GICSP, ISA99 Cybersecurity, IACRB Certified SCADA Security Architect, ISO27001 Lead Auditor)
  • Knowledge of a second language (German or French desired)

Director, Demand Generation

We are looking for motivated candidates to join our Marketing Team in a leadership position and be part of an exciting startup. Ideal role for a great Demand Generation professional looking to take his/her career to the next level.

Location: Silicon Valley, US

Key responsibilities
  • Define and manage the execution of B2B digital marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement and pipeline. Leverage all digital and direct marketing tactics to drive top-of-funnel and downstream conversion metrics.
  • Create and manage the systems and processes for campaign planning, initiation, development and launch. Prepares outbound sales performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Identify and evaluate state-of-the-art technologies; define user requirements; establish technical specifications, productivity and customer service standards. Versed in Salesforce.com, Marketo, Hootsuite, and other sales/marketing solutions.
  • Must be able to master inbound and outbound call strategies. We are looking for someone who leads by example and works tirelessly alongside Sales to drive revenue via sales enablement campaigns and activity.
“Must haves” of the Demand Generation leader
  • 5+ years of experience with a focus overseeing lead generation and customer acquisition activities, marketing events, lead nurture & development, marketing operations, marketing metrics & web analytics
  • Inbound, data-driven, digital marketer with a history of integrating content marketing and demand generation strategies to increase revenue
  • Experience with Industrial OR Security products is a Nice-To-Have, but not required.
  • Must be driven, smart, self-initiated, a hustler, ambitious, able to work with distributed/remote teams, comfortable in startup environments, and confident.
