We are looking for motivated candidates to join our Marketing Team in a leadership position and be part of an exciting startup. Ideal role for a great Demand Generation professional looking to take his/her career to the next level.
Location: Silicon Valley, US
- Define and manage the execution of B2B digital marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement and pipeline. Leverage all digital and direct marketing tactics to drive top-of-funnel and downstream conversion metrics.
- Create and manage the systems and processes for campaign planning, initiation, development and launch. Prepares outbound sales performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Identify and evaluate state-of-the-art technologies; define user requirements; establish technical specifications, productivity and customer service standards. Versed in Salesforce.com, Marketo, Hootsuite, and other sales/marketing solutions.
- Must be able to master inbound and outbound call strategies. We are looking for someone who leads by example and works tirelessly alongside Sales to drive revenue via sales enablement campaigns and activity.
“Must haves” of the Demand Generation leader
- 5+ years of experience with a focus overseeing lead generation and customer acquisition activities, marketing events, lead nurture & development, marketing operations, marketing metrics & web analytics
- Inbound, data-driven, digital marketer with a history of integrating content marketing and demand generation strategies to increase revenue
- Experience with Industrial OR Security products is a Nice-To-Have, but not required.
- Must be driven, smart, self-initiated, a hustler, ambitious, able to work with distributed/remote teams, comfortable in startup environments, and confident.
