August 3 – 8, 2019, Las Vegas, NV, United States
Nozomi Networks is excited to participate in Black Hat USA 2019, the world’s leading information security event. During the conference, attendees will be introduced to the latest research on security trends and risks, and have the opportunity to increase their security defense skills through hands-on training.
As part of the Smart Grid/Industrial Security track, CPO Andrea Carcano will discuss how IIoT and the convergence of IT and OT is changing the threat landscape for industrial organizations. He will review how standards such as IEC 62351 can be leveraged to monitor network and system health, detect security intrusions and manage the performance and reliability of the information infrastructure. This makes it possible to move beyond passive monitoring to an active interaction with devices deployed inside the network. The Nozomi Networks team of security researchers will also present a live analysis of threat detection with IEC 62351 and SNMP.
