We present a practical attack against CC-Link IE TSN, a Mitsubishi Electric protocol, chaining zero-day vulnerabilities in market-leading TSN switches with a protocol-level injection technique to achieve precise, stealthy manipulation of I/O values between controllers and field devices. We are actively collaborating with Mitsubishi Electric on coordinated disclosure to ensure responsible communication of these findings.

OT and IoT cybersecurity didn't mature the way IT security did. Asset owners spent the 2010s discovering that OT incident response, change control, and monitoring all break the assumptions built into IT tooling, then spent the 2020s realizing the fix wasn't another point product but a coordinated approach across technology, process, and people. This session traces that shift and shows where it leads: OT and IoT visibility integrated directly into the security fabric asset owners already run.
Using the Nozomi Networks and Fortinet integration as the working example, we'll walk through how Guardian's deep OT protocol visibility feeds FortiGate, FortiNAC, FortiAnalyzer, FortiSOAR, and FortiSIEM to close the loop from detection to enforcement, covering real use cases like blocking reconnaissance, stopping unauthorized PLC reprogramming, and catching zero-day behavior in SCADA environments before it reaches a critical state. Attendees will leave with a concrete model for extending IT security infrastructure into OT and IoT without adding vendor sprawl or operational risk
