Nozomi Networks Expands Presence in Latin American Markets

Company appoints Adistec as distribution partner for sustained support in the region

SAN FRANCISCO – May 19, 2026 Nozomi Networks, the leader in OT, IoT and CPS security, has expanded its presence in the Latin American market, cemented by the recent appointment of Adistec, a global distributor of technology solutions with a dedicated presence in Latin America and the Caribbean region.

Adistec is now an official distributor of Nozomi Networks in Latin America. This collaboration responds to the growing demand in the market for advanced solutions to protect critical infrastructures, industrial networks, and connected devices in sectors such as energy, manufacturing, transportation, and utilities. Adistec will leverage its experienced team of pre-sales and certified engineers and its educational and enablement programs for partners to advance Nozomi’s presence in the area.

“We’re thrilled to have Adistec join our distributor network in Latin America,” said Tyson Gerhold, Nozomi Networks Vice President of Global Partner and Channel Sales. “Our research found that the region is consistently one of the most targeted areas globally, signalling a need for stronger OT/IoT protection. Our work there is not only critical to our growth strategy but for cybersecurity overall, and Adistec will help us continue a positive trajectory.”

"The alliance with Nozomi Networks represents a key step in our expansion strategy within the industrial cybersecurity segment,” said Marcelo Gardelin, Strategic Alliances Director at Adistec. “Their leading technology in visibility and monitoring of OT and IoT networks perfectly complements our portfolio, allowing us to offer comprehensive solutions to our business partners throughout the region."

Appointing Adistec as a lead distributor with unique coverage across all the Latin American region is one of several investments Nozomi has made to reinforce its presence in Latin America. Nozomi has increased its Latin American headcount by 100%, including, appointing Natan Chaves as Regional Vice President of Sales, Latin America and expanding its leadership bench in the region with the addition of Moacyr Júnior as Director of Partner Sales in Latin America, and the appointment of Alexandre Freire as its Field CTO for Latin America. Freire brings a decade of technical expertise in OT and IoT cybersecurity.

“There’s growing demand in Latin America for greater access to advanced cybersecurity solutions for critical and industrial infrastructure,” said Júnior. “Over the past year, I’ve seen the company make meaningful and long-lasting commitments in the region. I’m excited to continue our work here and bring Nozomi’s industry leading technology to more organizations.”

“Critical infrastructure is facing more cybersecurity attacks than ever from global adversaries, necessitating greater protection of OT and IoT systems,” said Freire. “I’m constantly hearing from CISOs and CIOs in the region that they need a comprehensive solution to protect their environments. Nozomi offers them protection of the highest efficacy to keep pace with evolving threats.”

Nozomi’s recent investments in Latin America complement the work of its existing distribution partners in the region, including CLM, MAPS Disruptivo, and TD Synnex.
